From the Order Detail page you can
- Update an order status (including Cancelled status)
- Send a substitution notification
- Send a BloomSnap
- Print an Order (downloads a PDF for Hyperticket Users)
Update the Order details any time you see this icon
- Update the delivery date and information (and update the customer via email)
- Add/Edit the card message
- Add/Edit the Product details
Refunds: On credit/debit card orders, you can issue a full or partial refund
Pro Tip: You cannot refund more than the order amount, or less than $1
Completing a refund will email your customer and update the receipt section of the Order detail page
Additional Charge: On credit/debit card orders, you can add charges to the product subtotal and/or delivery fee
Pro Tip: If the customer needs to use a different credit card, use the "Create New Order" link in the pop-up:
