Located under the Reports Tab, your Merchandise Center gives you a breakdown of your current catalog mix. Based on the products you have currently listed for sale, it tells you if you’re missing out on sales for certain major occasions or price points. While it’s not necessary to have every bar filled out completely by any means, this serves as a helpful guide for getting a holistic picture of your floral catalog. If you’re seriously lacking or over-doing it in some areas, try adding, disabling or re-tagging a few designs to achieve a better balance.
This tab also shows you some key statistics about how your products are performing and what your customers are looking for. For example, if your average listed price is significantly higher than your average sale price, try lower your prices to improve your conversion and increase your sales. Similarly, if you find that very few of your orders have cross-sells added, perhaps a review of your cross-sell options is in order.
