After you’ve uploaded products you will probably want to edit, sort or disable them at some point.
View or Edit Products
To view or edit your product, simply mouse over the product's image and click "View" or "Edit". Make sure to save your edits by clicking "Publish Product" when you’re done!
Disabling Products
Disabling a product removes it from your online storefront on BloomNation.com as well as your premium website. This is especially helpful forremoving and adding products back to your catalog as they come in and out of season! Once you click "Disable", you can view, edit, and re-enable them from the Disabled Products tab.
Sorting Products
Sorting products is one of the most important elements of merchandising your online offerings and significantly impacts your customers’ experience, as it affects the overall appearance and cohesiveness of your catalog. Products placed at the top usually sell more often than products near the bottom. To rearrange the order of products click and drag each image to its new location, making sure to click "Save Custom Sort" when you are finished. Please note that changes may take some time to appear on customer-facing sites.
Helpful Tip:
Look for the colored circles to the right of each tab title:
-
Yellow means you have searched for a specific product title and the number reflects the number of products matching that search query.
-
Green means the number of products in that tab have recently changed.
-
Grey means the number of products in the tab have not changed recently or that tab has not been updated yet.
Deleting Products
Prevent items from being re-added when you've run out of a specific item you know you won't be selling again! Simply hover over the product image and click the red "Delete" in the top right corner of the product image:
If you delete a product accidentally, let our team know by emailing us at floristsupport@bloomnation.com
Note:
Updates are not immediate. Please allow a few minutes for the changes to reflect on your site!
