What is it?
BloomNation’s Tailored Email Marketing service gives florists the ability to send out custom email campaigns designed specifically for your business to drive engagement and sales. Florists can tailor the content of these emails to fit their brand/audience (Since this is a new paid service, this will not affect the standard seasonal marketing emails).
NOTE: You need at least 100 customers in your BloomNation customer list before you can use this service. Remember that each time a customer purchases from your premium site they will be automatically added to your BloomNation customer list.
What’s Included in the Service
There are two types of emails - Seasonal and Solo campaigns. Both types are tailored to your store’s branding. With Tailored Email Marketing, you get a total of 73 personalized emails to send to your customer list along with analytics for each email. The breakdown is this:
1 Solo Email per Month about any subject matter you’d like.
- Here are some ways you could use this email: offer a discount code, announce classes/workshops, new store locations, etc.
- You can edit the subject line, body copy, and image assets, and schedule the email in advance
- We can link the email to your premium site homepage or to a specific page on your premium site
61 Seasonal Emails per Year (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Holidays, Spring, etc.)
- This follows the Seasonal Email Marketing schedule: You can edit the subject line, body copy, image assets, and schedule the email in advance
- We can link the email to your premium site or to a specific product
- If you choose not to tailor a seasonal email - the generic BloomNation Marketing email will be sent out in its place (opt in or out in Profile>Preferences)
Comprehensive Analytics and Reporting (from the Marketing Team)

Welcome Email - You’ll receive a Welcome email with information about the service and what to expect. This email will have a link for the Tailored Email Marketing Questionnaire.
Fill out the Questionnaire - Our Email Marketing Associate will reach out to you if they have any questions. Please give us at least 3 days notice to set up an email campaign.
Design - The Email Marketing Associate will design your tailored email and send you a test to see how it will look going to the customer.
Review Test Email - send your approval via email to your Email Marketing Associate.
Send - The email will be Scheduled/Sent.
