At BloomNation, we know that the holidays can be both extremely busy and stressful. Use this list of our most useful tips, tools, and features to guide you through the holidays and make this your best year, yet!
Before the holidays:
- Google Local Listing - Double check your Google Local Listing to make sure the information matches exactly and to make sure it links to your BloomNation website.
- Email Marketing - Opt into automatic campaigns to promote your business to your customers. All emails are customized with your name, logo, and address. Replies go directly to you!
- Website Announcements - Add an announcement to your website and highlight any promotions, shop closures or product inventory updates (e.g., sold out of red roses). The announcement will automatically disappear on the date you enter in the "To" field!
During the holidays:
- BloomSnap - Customers who receive a BloomSnap are 30% more likely to purchase again and 40% more likely to leave a positive review!
- Order Statuses - Change the status of your orders and trigger automatic updates, improving their experience and preventing unnecessary calls during your busiest times!
- Editing Your Orders - Edit delivery dates, recipient information, card messages and more!
- Sending a Receipt - Easily send a receipt to any email address your customer prefers directly from your "Orders" tab!
- Processing Refunds - Process partial or full refunds through your Orders tab!
After the holidays or after you’ve sold out:
- Shop Closures - Close your shop to temporarily suspend all website orders for a specific date or date range.
- Disable Delivery Dates - Sold out of a specific product and won't have the inventory to create the arrangement for a few days? Use this to help you disable products for the days you can't make them, but still be able to sell them for the days you can!
- Pickup Only - Temporarily restrict website orders to Pickup, only. (To limit specific products to Pickup, click here)
- Respond to Reviews - Update reviews with resolutions or provide more details. Responses will post to your website and the BloomNation marketplace!
