From your dashboard:
1. Click into your "Orders" page in your BloomNation dashboard.
2. Locate the order by searching for Sender Name or Order ID (Order Number):
3. Click the "View Order" icon at the end of the row. The order will open in a new browser tab.
4. In the Order View, click the "Edit" button at the top of the page
The following fields are editable:
- Delivery Date
- Recipient's First Name
- Recipient's Last Name
- Street Address
- Zip Code
- Address Type
- Telephone Number
- Your Florist Notes
- Card Message
- Special Instructions
5. Don't forget to click "Save"!
Once you've saved your edits, your customer will receive an email with their updated information to the email address used to place the order.
