What is Timed Delivery?
"Timed Delivery" is an optional add-on that allows you to charge your customers directly through your website when they request a delivery time window.

What is the customer's experience?
After your customer selects their arrangement, they will see the standard delivery pricing you entered in your "Delivery Setup" in your BloomNation dashboard:
With "Timed Delivery" enabled, once your customer enters a zip code in the "Delivery" step of checkout, they will see an option to select "Delivery time" at an additional cost:
Selecting “Yes” in the “Delivery time” field opens your time range options:
Example of 3 hour windows. Note: Last window only allows remaining available hours if three would exceed last allowable delivery time.
Example of 5 hour windows. Note: Last window only allows remaining available hours if five would exceed last allowable delivery time.
- Available time ranges will say "Available"
- If a time range is unavailable (e.g., Same-Day cutoff time has passed or the shop is closed), the time range is grayed out and says "Unavailable"
