The BloomNation Marketplace customer looks to purchase unique and original floral designs directly from local florists like you. It is crucial to the success of the Marketplace that we enforce standards to keep the shopping experience consistent and enjoyable. Before posting anything for sale in your Catalog, make sure that you are in compliance with BloomNation’s policies.
Your Storefront on BloomNation.com and your Premium Site or Shopping Cart are separate entities with different rules and regulations associated with the products that can be listed on each, as you can see below. Regardless of where your product appears, make sure that you are representing yourself, your business, and your products honestly and professionally. Your listings should, of course, always conform to local laws and our copyright or intellectual property policies.
By listing products for sale on BloomNation.com you are agreeing to accurately represent the items and designs for sale in listings descriptions and photos. This includes disabling unavailable or out-of-season designs and committing to honor the look and temperament your customer is expecting at the time of purchase. If you are truly unable to recreate the product as pictured you are obligated to contact the customer as soon as possible, as described in the BloomNation Substitution Policy.

Premium Site or Shopping Cart Product Listing Policy
If a product:
- IS allowed per your local laws and our copyright and intellectual property policies
- BUT ALSO falls under the “cross-sell only” column above or is prohibited on the Marketplace
it will be removed from the Marketplace without notification but, remain available on your Premium Site or Shopping Cart.

We reserve the right to remove listings that aren’t in the letter or spirit of these standards. While we prefer to help you bring your shop into compliance with our rules, BloomNation may close accounts that do not comply.
