As florist partners on BloomNation, you trust us with a lot of personal information. We highly value that trust and want you to feel as comfortable sharing with us and using our site as possible.
In order to use our platform, we may require you, the florist, to give us personally identifiable information, including your name, address, phone number, email address, and bank account information. In some cases, if you opt out of providing this information asked for, you may not be able to continue being a BloomNation Partner or Premium Partner. In other cases, we will ask for information that helps enhance your experience or improve our services and products. You may change or correct your BloomNation account information to remove certain optional information you no longer wish to be publicly visible, such as your full name, at any time.
The security of your personal information is important to us. BloomNation follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, although no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. A vitally important aspect of keeping your account safe is the strength and security of your BloomNation account password. It is your responsibility to choose a strong password and to keep that password and your computer secure by signing out when you’re not actively using the site. If for any reason, you believe your password may have been stolen or might otherwise be misused, it is your responsibility to notify BloomNation immediately for further action.
While we will do our best to keep your email inbox and phone line from being overburdened, BloomNation may contact you sometimes about our services or your activity. The default, required form of communication is email. In some situations, BloomNation may send you physical mail (like when we send gifts!). Some messages from BloomNation are service-related and required, for example a notification of an order, or correspondence with BloomNation’s support team. These messages are not promotional in nature and you may not opt-out of receiving service-related messages from BloomNation unless you close your account by contacting us at floristsupport@bloomnation.com . Other emails, such as our weekly newsletter, are not required and you may opt-out by hitting the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of those e-mails.
