A core purpose of BloomNation is to help customers around the world find local florists who sell their own handcrafted, artistic designs. This means that we handle claims of copyright and intellectual property infringement with the utmost seriousness.
As stated in our Terms of Service: BloomNation partner florists may not utilize wire-service or stock photos in their marketplace storefront listings. The images that you post in the listings must be images of your own creation featuring your own designs or those created by BloomNation as part of its service to you, the florist. By posting them with the listing, florists are each representing and warranting the posted images do not infringe on anyone else’s copyright or intellectual property rights.
To be clear:
- You may only use images which your business has full legal rights to use.
- As a BloomNation partner florist, you may not under any circumstance list wire-service or stock (commercially sold) images in your Marketplace listings (however, you may offer these products on your Premium Site).
- You are never allowed to list illegally obtained images, including those taken without permission from other florist partners
If we determine that a violation has been made we will respond by both removing the offending listing and possibly removing repeat offenders.
