How can I see the daily progress of my drivers?
When a task is completed (arrangement delivered):
- The task color will be green
- Tasks are geo-monitored and track start, stop, and completion
Note: When the driver completes the task, OnFleet will automatically trigger the order's delivery confirmation email and change the status of the order to “Delivered” in your BloomNation dashboard!
What will it look like when my driver is out on deliveries?
- Driver color will change to blue (green = idle)
- The task that is currently being worked on will also be blue
Can my customer communicate directly with the driver?
Yes! Your customer (the sender) can:
- Reply via SMS text to communicate directly to the driver (driver receives this message in their text messages as well)
- Call the driver
Note: Once the driver has completed the delivery, the link to communicate with the driver will expire and the customer will not be able to communicate with the delivery person after that point.
How will my customer be notified of the delivery?
When the driver is en-route:
- Your customer (the sender) will get an SMS text message saying:
- Arrangement is on the way!
- ETA of driver
- Link with map to track the delivery driver
Note: Once the driver has completed the delivery, the link to the map and the ability to communicate with the driver will expire for that customer.
Can my driver collect a signature?
Yes! When the driver is delivering the arrangement, they can:
- Take a photo of the actual delivery
- Collect a signature of the person who accepted the delivery
Can I review the day's tasks?
Yes! Click “Analytics” at the top center of your dashboard.
