You can adjust your regular hours, holiday hours, and close your shop from the "Shop Hours" Tab under your profile.
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click "Profile" on the left-hand side
- Click on the "Shop Hours" tab at the top
Set the days your business is regularly open
- Clicking the white toggle button to open or closed under each day of the week.
- Remember to click "Save" at the bottom of the page
- Selecting "Closed" next to the holiday you'd like your shop to appear closed for.
- Note: This will override your normal weekday settings. For example, if you are normally closed on Sundays but want to remain open for delivery on Mother’s Day (always on a Sunday) you will ONLY be open for that Sunday if you click the “Open” button next to Mother’s Day. Remember, you may change these settings at any time.
- Remember to click "Save"! at the bottom of the page
Set your shop hours by
- Clicking the clock buttons next to each day of the week. Don’t forget to check that your A.M. and P.M. settings are correct.
- Remember to click "Save" at the bottom of the page
Setting Vacation/ Special Exception Days
We’ve also included a "Close Your Shop" and "Keep Your Shop Open" feature in case you need to close or open your shop temporarily. Temporary closures will NOT update your Google Listing. Make sure to update that separately so everything matches.
To temporarily close or open your shop:
- Click the calendar button under either “Close Your Shop” or “Keep Your Shop Open”.
- Select the days on which you’ll be closed or open.
- Press "Save" in the calendar area and only the calendar area. You should get a green bar that says "Settings have been saved".
- You can check if it saved by reloading the page after a couple minutes and looking under the calendar.
How do I remove a Shop Override?
Simply click the "trash can" icon next to the "Close Your Shop" or "Keep Your Shop Open" dates you'd like to remove:
Click "Ok" in the reminder message that appears:
Click "Save".
Once you've clicked "Save", you should see "Settings have been saved.":
